CDR Burning Playback Problem

HI,

New to here, I've got an issue with burning CDR's with Music.

Created a CDR of music tracks on my Dell laptop (windows vista) completed OK and played it in the car, all was well until i got say half the way through the disk (disk capacity pretty much full) then the car had trouble playing the tracks. Thinking it was a car CD compatibility problem i tried to play the disk in the DVDRW in the laptop that created the disk and had the same problem. I'm using Verbatim CDR's 52x.

I've tried creating discs at a slower speed with the same result, i'm using the inbuilt windows copying software, should i be using something better?
