I have deepburner, and it won't recognize my cd drive D:\. I clicked on the available drives tab, and it won't detect it. My computer recognizes the cd drive when I put a cd-r in. What should I do?

. .  Deepburner ain't an application I know, so I tottered over to their forums (http://www.deepburner.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=23) to see whether your issue had been covered.

As you see, their forums are choked with spam, which doesn't fill one with faith in their support structure.

Suggest if you paid for this application you contact their support by email; if that doesn't appeal, well: I use general-licence [ie free] applications wherever possible, & there is a grade A1 simple, stable, & well-supported burning application called ImgBurn (http://www.imgburn.com/) - suggest you check this out.
