Hi
I am currently transfering a number of LPs to CD via WinOnCD. I have been using the auto detect tracks option. However a number of tracks have extended silent parts which are detected as new tracks. How can I remove these "extra" tracks so I end up with right number. Searching the rather basic help files and checking my older WinOnCD 5 book does not help.

cheers

. .  hmm . .  not my field at all [Frank is yer man]: can you rip the LP to one long *.wav?

If so, easy-peasy to chop that up with (say) Audacity.

. .  post here if you find this [excellent & free] utility a hassle - tho' it is the one supplied with the 2 models of USB turntables now used by many to rescue their vinyl.
