Hi, I recently got a webcam & wondered if I could make a video call. So I downloaded Windows Live Messenger, & not having used windows messenger previously, I am a little green. When I go to the webcam setting I can see my camera image of myself so I know that bit is set up. Do I need to purchase a video service, or can I do video calls for free I am wondering?

Am now more familiar, & if you point to 'Video' in the 'Actions' drop down menu on Windows Live Messenger, another drop down menu has an option to make a video call, so I guess now all I need is to find a contact with the same setup.
