It's files are:

SoftwareName 32Bit.part01.rar
SoftwareName 32Bit.part02.rar
SoftwareName 32Bit.part03.rar
.....up to part24.rar

then it has a file:
SoftwareName 32Bit.sfv

and another:
AENIL.nfo

How do I compile all of these and burn it so it becomes a cd installer?

 . . .  install & use 7zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) [free] this can handle *.rar archives.

All the parts need to be in the same folder, & you open the one called *.part01.rar
