Hello,

Can someone tell me where i can find high quality web building softwares,

I am new to web design and want to host an ecommerce site,

currently i dont have any knowledge in web design or web development, can any one help on this issue?

 . .  you can find many free website layouts/templates/stylesheets/whatever by doing a Google search. Snag is free ones tend to contain more-or-less subtle advertising, & very much tend not to be adapted to ecommerce.

[obv because that's where the money is in web-design]

With website design, first priority is working out *exactly* how you want the thing to function - actually making 'em is surprisingly easy & can be done with free software [Nvu (http://www.nvu.com/index.php) would be a good example: suggest you trawl this site to see what can be done].
