Somehow the template for the "normal" document when I open  Word and want a new blank document has become short and fat rather than the A4 blank document which usually opens. I have tried saving a blank A4 page as the normal template but it doesn't change anything. Any idea as to how I can change it back please?

. .  go to page format; set to portrait, save as normal template.
